DRINK TO DETOX









Every day while on the detox diet, you should drink at least six glasses of water. Have one with every meal and snack, plus One or two extra in-between, or substitute the extra glasses with a herb tea or a freshly made juice drink.

It's estimated that 80 per Cent of US don't drink enough to hydrate ourselves (tea, coffee and other caffeine drinks are actually dehydrating), and during a detox, fluid is even more vital, as it helps your liver, lymph system, kidneys and skin do their jobs and rid your body of toxins. You can also have an occasional cup of green or white tea, redbush tea), soya milk or chilled-counter pure fruit or vegetable juices (not long-life).

SAMPLE DAILY EATING PLAN
8.30am: fruit compote, bioyogurt
11 am: handful of brazil nuts
1 pm: tuna salad with rye bread
4pm: orange; handful of sunflower seeds
7pm: selection of baked winter vegetables with noodles
