Try the detox once a day in addition to your six glasses of water. Redbush tea and white tea are both low-caffeine, high-antioxidant teas, which are refreshing hot or cold - your local health food store should have both. For herbal drinks, try sage tea or lemon balm -both are calming and soothing.
